Oct. 15th Costume Deposits due ($40 deposit per costume)
Monday Oct. 31st Halloween ---no afternoon & evening classes
Nov. 4th-10th Parents' Observation Week/Costume Measurements (At least one parent needs to attend)
Nov. 21st-26th Studio Closed Thanksgiving Break
Dec. 12th-17th Pajamas week (with dance shoes and hair up)
Dec. 19th-Jan. 1st Studio Closed Winter Break
Dec. 15th Costume Balances Due
Monday Jan. 16th Studio Closed Holiday
Mon. Feb. 20th Studio Closed Holiday
March 12th-17th Studio Closed Spring Break
March 15th Recital Fee due ($80 per dancer; $25 per siblings)
Mon. May 28th Studio Closed Holiday
 
Date Tbd: Spring "Parents' Observation" Dates (class recital meetings)
Allen Arts Center: Recital June 9th and Dress rehearsals June 7 & 8th

Tuition is to be PAID IN FULL during holiday months as our rates are based on a 4-week month. Since some months are longer, the extra classes received equal those missed for the holidays.
 
There is no price reduction for missed lessons; however, lessons may be made up (within the same month only).

Reimbursements will not be given for classes missed for vacations or school functions.

Make-up classes are in a level equal to or below their own level.
